Electric cars cause owners 79% more problems than internal combustion engine cars. In this respect reports Motor1 cites an annual survey by the American magazine Consumer Reports.
Despite having fewer moving parts and simpler powertrains, electric vehicles caused 79% more problems for their owners than internal combustion engine vehicles. Plug-in hybrids showed 146% more problems than gasoline and diesel vehicles.
Conventional hybrids without an external charging function turned out to be the most reliable. The survey recorded 26% fewer complaints from owners compared to vehicles with internal combustion engines.
As part of its annual owner satisfaction rating regarding the reliability of their cars, Consumer Reports surveys 330,000 car owners.
It was previously known that Chinese trucks full 63% of the Russian market.
