Chinese automaker DongFeng will unveil the Mengshi 917 1,000-horsepower electric SUV on August 25. informs car house.com.cn
The car is based on the M-Terrain concept introduced in 2022. The trapezoidal radiator grille, sharply angled headlights, a recessed hood and plastic trim on the body became hallmarks of the production car. The length of the machine is 4987 mm.
The interior of the Mengshi 917 features three large screens, seats with numerous electrical adjustments and a multifunctional steering wheel with touch buttons.
The car is equipped with four electric motors (one for each wheel). The total power of the power plant is 1000 hp. Accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, the top speed of the car is limited to 195 km/h.
Mengshi 917 sales in China will begin at the end of 2023. The car will go on sale at a price of 700 thousand yuan (9.8 million rubles).
