In Mordovia, a man stole a truck and then had a fatal accident. This is reported by the Telegram channel of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the police, on May 10, the suspect came to work, started the KamAZ truck in the parking lot and drove it home. In the courtyard he and his friend drank alcohol, then decided to go to Saransk to get more alcohol.
An acquaintance of the suspect, who was deprived of his right to drive, got behind the wheel of KamAZ. He lost control on the way and crashed into his GAZON NEXT car, whose driver died from injuries sustained at the scene.
Now, a criminal case has been brought against the suspect and a restraining measure has been chosen in the form of a written commitment not to leave.
