In Tatarstan, a caring motorist filmed a dialogue with a traffic police inspector sitting in a car next to a tripod. The car was set up so that the camera was invisible from the track, but it was able to take measurements.
According to the rules, it is forbidden to hide the cameras, as well as to place them behind the bends of the road – this was the essence of the motorist’s claims. The inspector tried to explain that he was only adjusting the camera, but the citizen noted that he had already managed to go to the nearest settlement and return, but the “arrangement” continued …
