According to him, the following changes were made in the government decree on the procedure for alcohol poisoning testing: measuring devices should be used to ensure the accuracy of the results, which will be done in the presence of two witnesses or by video recording. If recorded on paper, the driver must be informed of the procedure before starting.
According to Solovyov, the new rules should provide for a more objective assessment of situations where the driver is suspected of being drunk. He stressed that additional guarantees will be created for the observance of the rights of the Russians.
