On the eve of Rostec’s 15th anniversary, the head of the company made a rather serious statement.
Chemezov noted that Russian manufacturers are now rapidly reorganizing to cooperate with national electronics suppliers. In the short term, this will bear fruit, the top manager believes.
“Thanks to this activation, most critical electronic components in the automotive industry will be located within the next two years,” said the head of Rostec.
According to him, in terms of import substitution, the Russian industry has already made serious progress in several important areas: in addition to electronics, these are aeronautics, medicine and energy engineering.
