Zeekr 001 electric liftback: specs, price, and a look ahead

In 2021, the Zeekr 001 debuted in China, and by 2022 liftbacks were making their way to Europe, selling upwards of two thousand units in a single year. Today, a new electric liftback is available from this maker, though it does not have official representation in Russia. The price is high: on the elcars-club site, a 2022 model listed for order between 5,620,000 and 6,130,000 rubles.

The Zeekr 001 electric sedan resembles a Porsche Panamera in silhouette and is offered with rear- or all-wheel drive configurations.

Exterior dimensions measure 4970 mm in length, 1999 mm in width, and 1560 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3005 mm. The rear-wheel-drive variant is powered by a 272 hp electric motor, while the all-wheel-drive version uses two electric motors for a combined 544 horsepower. Real-world range spans from about 536 to 732 km depending on the selected version.

The car accelerates from rest to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, with a governed top speed of 200 km/h. Zeekr operates as a structural division of Geely and concentrates exclusively on electric vehicles with a performance-oriented bias. As the model refresh continues, the powertrain is expected to receive updates that could push the range on a single charge toward 1000 km.
