A small, dedicated team from Krasnoyarsk unveiled a fresh concept for the updated Visuva Tank, a tracked all-terrain vehicle built to handle taiga trails, desert sand, and snowy stretches with ease.
“This is the new Visuva Tank design. We are sharing the Visuva Tank concept once again. The goal this time was to improve visibility while giving the off-roader a cleaner, leaner silhouette,” the team stated in their project briefing.
The vehicle measures 4901 mm in length, 2480 mm in width, and 2403 mm in height. Visuva runs on a 4.3-liter gasoline engine known as the 3UZ-FE, delivering 300 horsepower. Power is routed through a six-speed automatic transmission, geared to handle rough terrain and varied load conditions with confidence.
Earlier iterations featured the Visuva SUV, which sits on a tubular space frame and offers an automatic transmission. Prospective buyers could choose from eight- or nine-speed configurations, while the suspension system relies on a multi-link independent setup to balance ride comfort and off-road capability. Pre-orders for the car carried a price tag around 6 million rubles, a figure that places it in a competitive class for the segment.
Looking ahead, the designers plan to broaden the Visuva lineup. Future models include a five-seat pickup variant, a 14-passenger minibus, and five-seat sport utilities, all designed to share a consistent platform philosophy and modular components that enable quick adaptation to different uses and markets.
Earlier reports indicated that an updated Haval Jolion crossover would be priced around 2 million rubles in Russia, signaling continued interest in new, capable crossovers and light-duty SUVs across the regional market. The Visuva project remains part of a broader conversation about rugged, versatile vehicles that can perform in extreme environments while offering practical daily usability.
