In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, traffic police detained six intoxicated men who were traveling on the same motorcycle. This information was released by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

On the Kochergino-Karatuzskoye highway, officers observed an Izh Jupiter-5 motorcycle with a side trailer carrying six people at once. None of the riders wore a helmet or used protective gear, and the overall safety setup was missing essential equipment.

The driver was a 26-year-old Krasnoyarsk resident. A breathalyzer test confirmed his level of intoxication. According to authorities, he and his companions had gathered at a cemetery to drink a bottle of vodka in memory of a friend. It emerged that the man had never completed driving school training and did not possess a driver’s license.

The driver was detained for 10 days, and the motorcycle was impounded for storage. Authorities noted that the driver faces several fines totaling about 9,000 rubles for a range of violations, including lack of OSAGO, riding a motorcycle without registration, and violating rules for transporting passengers. The six passengers were also held administratively responsible for not wearing motorcycle helmets and for their overall unsafe conduct on the roadway.

Later reports referenced a separate incident in Moscow involving a GLONASS system designer’s trolley, highlighting ongoing concerns about safety and compliance in transportation across regions.
