In some areas, traffic police in the Republic of Buryatia pledged to mobilize additional patrols on the highways, while inspectors in the Samara region described the operation as large scale and highly targeted. In certain locations, officers may stop every vehicle to assess the situation of each driver during continuous checkpoints.
