For passenger cars priced between 10 and 15 million rubles and not older than ten years, as well as for vehicles priced above 15 million rubles but not older than twenty years, a multiplication factor of 3 remains in effect. On the other hand, for cars valued at 3 to 5 million rubles and not older than three years, and for those priced at 5 to 10 million rubles and not older than five years, the rising coefficients have been removed, simplifying the tax calculation for newer or mid-priced models.
