The original Ural spare parts warehouse has been upgraded with cutting-edge technology, designed to handle every component from small nuts to heavy truck frames. The building underwent a comprehensive reinforcement of its load-bearing structures and was practically rebuilt to meet higher standards of reliability and productivity.
Today, the facility features nine docks for receiving and shipping, a refreshed electrical grid, improved heating and ventilation, fully equipped dock shelters, hydraulic leveling platforms, and a modern racking system. The storage capacity now surpasses 5,000 pallet spaces and more than 25,000 spaces for plastic containers, with eight electric stackers operating on multi-level racks to maximize space and speed in handling goods.
By separating the goods intake area from the dispatch zone, the center can load and unload eight vehicles simultaneously, reducing cycle times and increasing throughput. A state-of-the-art warehouse management system (WMS) has been implemented to optimize inventory control, order picking, and overall operational workflow. The redesigned center elevates spare parts servicing for Ural trucks, enabling faster order fulfillment, improved accuracy, and a safer working environment for staff.
Operational efficiency is supported by strategic layout decisions, such as dedicated zones for reception, storage, and dispatch, along with intelligent routing for pallets and containers. The WMS integrates real-time data across receiving, storage, and shipping, ensuring transparency for managers and reliability for customers. The new facility is designed to scale with demand, supporting future expansions and continuous improvements in logistics performance.
