LLK-International, a fully owned subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL, has initiated a pilot program to supply oils to the ROLF Group of Companies, one of the country’s largest car dealers. The rollout begins in the Moscow region, with plans to expand to additional regions after assessing the pilot’s performance and impact.
Historically, car dealers received LUKOIL products in cans, barrels, and euro cubes. The newly launched service changes that by enabling bulk oil deliveries in more compact volumes, ranging from 100 to 1000 liters. Lubricants arrive at service sites using light commercial vehicles equipped with covered loading areas, where the oil is stored in a reservoir. From there, the oil is pumped through a filling nozzle into stationary tanks installed at technical centers. The system automatically generates a new online order when stock levels fall below a predefined threshold, ensuring a steady supply without manual intervention.
The core benefits for petrol stations include more flexible logistics, improved tracking of lubricant consumption, and lower storage costs. Shipping bulk oils also reduces the need to dispose of empty containers, translating into savings and a smaller environmental footprint. Until now, gas station infrastructures that serve passenger vehicles have tended to stock smaller quantities of oil. LLK-International has indicated to Za Rulem that it is evaluating the feasibility of supplying branded products in larger consignments, including tanker deliveries for enterprise fleets and trucking services, to broaden its service scope. Za Rulem reports this ongoing strategic consideration as part of the company’s broader growth plan.
LLK-International has supplied LUKOIL oils to service stations since 2013, maintaining partnerships with the country’s leading car brands and dealers. The company provides specialized oils from the contemporary LUKOIL GENESIS SPECIAL line, supporting a wide range of vehicle service needs. ROLF Group stands as LLK-International’s earliest partner in the service station segment and has remained a key collaborator during this evolution. The initiative reflects a broader push toward scalable lubrication solutions that align with the needs of large-volume purchasers and fleet operations. Za Rulem notes the strategic importance of this alliance in securing stable supply chains for regional networks.
