The cost of servicing the Russian-made Lada Vesta turned out to be cheaper than maintaining budget foreign models such as the Volkswagen Polo, Hyundai Creta, and Geely Coolray, according to a report from Behind the Wheel with a link to the work.
Thus, the first scheduled maintenance (TO) for the Lada Vesta should occur at 15,000 kilometers. For versions with 1.6-liter or 1.8-liter engines, the service price is about 11,000 rubles. The second service would run around 12,000 rubles.
The Volkswagen Polo equipped with a 110 horsepower 1.6-liter gasoline engine is estimated at roughly 22,000 rubles for the first MOT. The subsequent visit costs about 25,000 rubles. The service interval mirrors the Lada Vesta at 15,000 kilometers.
Hyundai Creta also follows a 15,000-kilometer service interval. The first MOT at an authorized dealer is projected at around 16,000 rubles for a 1.6-liter engine version. The next service would be about 19,000 rubles.
Geely Coolray requires dealer visits every 10,000 kilometers. The first MOT price is near 15,000 rubles, with the second scheduled maintenance around 20,000 rubles. This model features a 1.5-liter turbo engine that has limited alternatives.
Earlier reports indicated that Moscow car dealers price the Lada Vesta NG at about 2.3 million rubles. This figure refers to the Luxe configuration with a 1.6-liter engine delivering 106 horsepower and equipped with a continuously variable transmission.
