Reports indicate that the man followed the partner to the neighbor’s residence, but there was no reply at the door. The accused allegedly confronted the neighbor on a balcony, retrieved gasoline, poured it over the vehicle’s hood, and ignited it with a lighter. Damage from the blaze was estimated at about 1 million rubles.
