The body volume has grown to accommodate heavier payloads, up to 20 tons, improving efficiency for long-haul operations. Aesthetically, the update includes a three-piece stamped steel bumper at the front and a reinforced rear roll bar, along with a metal mesh designed to shield headlights and the radiator from debris kicked up by the road. These refinements reflect a thoughtful blend of durability, resilience, and practical field serviceability that operators value in harsh environments.

The updated dump truck’s mechanicals incorporate locally sourced components in the transmission and drivetrain, with notable changes to fuel equipment, pneumatic braking systems, and electric power steering. Inside the cabin, new pedal housing, mirrors, and a redesigned windshield contribute to driver comfort and visibility. KamAZ emphasizes the adaptability of the 6595 chassis, noting that additional components are designed to withstand sanctions and external pressures. Simultaneously, the company is actively developing an extended four-axle variant, designated 65951, to broaden its heavy-duty lineup for even more challenging applications.
