The facelifted Hyundai Palisade has been revealed, bringing a fresh front design that centers around a new grille and distinctive vertical LED headlights, a styling cue that sets it apart from the Tucson family while delivering a bold face for the three-row SUV. The rear end remains more conservative in its updates, but the bumper gains a slim reflector strip and the exhaust outlets adopt a squared, modern look. The exterior refinement is completed with larger 20-inch multi-spoke wheels that give the Palisade a more planted stance on the road.

Inside, the cabin receives a thoughtful refresh that aims to elevate comfort and usability. A newly designed steering wheel sits ahead of a redesigned dashboard, where the audio controls have been repositioned for easier reach. A single, cohesive air-duct strip now runs from the instrument panel across to the front passenger side, delivering a cleaner, more integrated appearance while improving airflow distribution throughout the cabin.

Tech and convenience are also enhanced with the option of a digital rear-view mirror that provides a live display, along with an available Ergo-motion seat for the driver, designed to support long journeys with better adjustability. The second row is upgraded with folding headrests and seat ventilation for added comfort on longer trips, while the third row gains heating to improve passenger warmth without sacrificing cargo versatility when needed.

For the XRT variant, Hyundai has added off-road-inspired styling cues, a darker interior theme, and the same 20-inch wheels with black roof rails. The cabin features black leatherette upholstery, and a power sunroof adds a touch of openness to the roofline, creating a more premium feel for adventures beyond the city streets.

Under the hood, propulsion remains unchanged from the outgoing model. Buyers will find petrol and turbo-diesel engine options, delivering 249 horsepower and 200 horsepower respectively, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission that aims to balance quick acceleration with smooth highway cruising. Hyundai appears to have focused on updates that enhance aesthetics, comfort, and practicality rather than altering the core powertrain balance, which should appeal to families and long-distance drivers in North America. — Hyundai

The updated Palisade is slated to reach showrooms this summer, marking a fresh chapter for the brand in the midsize SUV segment across Canada and the United States. Prospective buyers will learn more about pricing as the official rollout progresses, with current pre-facelift pricing on Hyundai’s regional pages estimated in the range of several million rubles in the original market, indicating a need to confirm the Canadian and American MSRPs as the vehicle becomes available in these markets. — Hyundai
