This year, the participant pool, totaling 36, has been organized into five nomination categories to spotlight strengths across the commercial vehicle sector.
- Small and medium class buses
- Large class buses
- Medium trucks
- Heavy trucks
- Semi-trailers – curtainsider, isothermal, refrigerators
Evaluation for the nominees in the Grand Prix “Behind the Wheel” focuses on commercial vehicles and brings together a diverse panel from the professional community. This includes major bus and transport operators, as well as maintenance and repair organizations. In short, the vehicles are judged by people who actually sell, service, and operate them on a daily basis.
As a result, an expert jury composed of 78 transportation and logistics companies identified the leading performers in each category. The panel represents a broad cross-section of the industry, ensuring that each nomination is assessed through the lens of practical experience, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in real-world operations. The Grand Prix “Behind the Wheel” in the commercial vehicle segment was awarded at the International Exhibition of Bus Equipment BW Expo 2022, held in the Crocus City complex.
