“I think two things are important. First, how necessary these functions are and whether they are demanded on a daily basis, and secondly, it is important not only the existence of these “supersystems”, but also how they work,” said Kadakov.
According to the expert, climate control works fine in one car but not in another. Or the windshield heats up evenly, but on another car there are vertical triangles on the pillars and snow sticks to them. There is an option in the list but it doesn’t quite work.
“The Chinese will continue to expand the list of “comfortable” equipment because it is easier to attract buyers. But unfortunately, one cannot always correctly evaluate security functions until it affects them. The speed of stabilization systems, the accuracy of electronic assistants, etc. they cannot be seen or touched,” the auto expert explained.

At the same time, the share of Chinese cars in the Russian market is 61 percent.
