Minzifra plans to launch an experiment on the promotion of reliable artificial intelligence (AI) to the Russian regions state information systems (CBS). The test is carried out with a research consortium on the security of AI technology, now there is a process of development development. Based on the results of this study, a list of risks associated with the application of AI and suggestions to provide information security (IB) of the environmental system of information systems will be formulated. The consortium in the test was created in May 2024 with the support of the Ministry of Construction. ANO “National Technology Center for Digital Cryptography” (Central Committee NTC), Russian Federation Cryptography Academy and VP Ivannikova Ras.
As part of the experiment, three types of AI will be tested: for the recognition of images, sound and text. Particular attention is paid to the promotion of advanced reliable technologies. The experiment is carried out with the instructions of President Vladimir Putin, who aims to support the regions in the application of safe and reliable technologies in the field of public administration.
The example of practical use is the creation of agricultural land accounting systems. In systems where numerous photographs and video information are processed, AI helps to effectively analyze data on the size and status of agricultural vehicles.
Three regions are planned in the experiment: the Republic of Tatarstan, Novosibirsk and Sakhalin regions. The Ministry also consists of cooperation with Moscow and Moscow region.
The Ministry of Information Technologies of the Moscow confirmed that it was invited to the consortium from the Civil Civil Additional Academy Additional Academy to participate in the experiment.
