The idea is to provide communications where there is no coverage from cellular repeaters. In the first phase, such a connection will cover Hawaii, part of Alaska, Puerto Rico and the continental United States. In the future, other mobile operators interested in providing such services are expected to join the project. Fans of World of Tanks from Russia and Belarus will be kept separate from gamers from other countries
