Startup Yoomiily has announced an invention that will allow you to shower and wash your hair anywhere, literally without using water and without needing a towel. They claim to have created the world’s first portable shower and dryer system in one. reports New edition of the Atlas.
The 4kg device, which looks like a mini vacuum cleaner, is actually a unique system that sprays water into a fine mist and then sucks it back in. This allows skin and hair to dry in just a few seconds.
The creators claim that Yoomiily saves up to 90% of water compared to a regular shower. The water used for showering is collected in a separate compartment and does not mix with the 3 liters of fresh water.
Yoomiily also comes with interchangeable attachments for different functions. The developers claim that the device can wash pets as effectively as human hair in just one minute.
The device is battery operated and provides one hour of continuous use. A full body wash takes only a few minutes and you spend the same amount of time washing your hair.
Yoomiily is currently actively raising funds on the crowdfunding platform and has already exceeded its goal by more than 50 times. The base model of the device is currently being sold for $ 249 (about 21.1 thousand rubles at the exchange rate of socialbites.ca on August 4, 2024), which is 56% lower than the price that the new product will have after its release.
The device will ship worldwide. Additional accessories can be purchased separately. The device has a two-year warranty.
