Authoritative Ice Universe insider published On social media page X (formerly Twitter), an image showing the iPhone 16 Pro Max and last year’s 15 Pro Max.
Judging by the published render, the new iPhone 16 Pro Max will indeed have one of the narrowest screen frames. We previously reported that Apple plans to launch the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max with larger displays (6.3 and 6.9 inches respectively). Moreover, the iPhone 16 Pro Max can have a very thin bezel – only 1.15 mm, and the iPhone 16 Pro – 1.2 mm. The base iPhone 16 will have 2.04mm wide bezels, while the iPhone 16 Plus will have 2.05mm wide bezels.
Also Ice Universe separately showed and a schematic of the new Apple flagship with bezels of 1,153 mm.
The iPhone 16 smartphone series is expected to be introduced in September 2024. Smartphones will have a new touch-sensitive capture button that will be responsible for the camera, the integration of artificial intelligence into the iOS 18 operating system and the updated camera block design for the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus. The flagship iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will retain the design of their predecessors.
