Celebrating the 15th anniversary of the popular computer game Minecraft, Lego introduced The Crafting Table, the first set of the series for adults. In this respect reports The Verge’s edition.
The 1,195-piece set is available for pre-order now and is aimed at Minecraft fans over the age of 18. The price of the set is 90 dollars (8.1 thousand rubles at the exchange rate at the time of publication of the news) and the official release will take place on August 1.
Crafting Table recreates Minecraft’s iconic crafting table and opens to reveal a detailed diorama containing 12 biomes, including plains and taiga. The set includes eight microfigures including Steve, Alex, a skeleton, a Creeper and a pig, as well as five mini building toys and play-related stickers.
The set is part of Lego’s expanding collection of “intricate building blocks for adults” that also includes The Legend of Zelda’s Large Deku Tree, a Retro Radio set and a Star Wars TIE.
In addition to the United States, The Crafting Table will also be available in Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada and Singapore.
