Telegram has restored the operation of GUR (Main Intelligence Directorate) and SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) bots. This was reported on Facebook by the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security under the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine (the owner of the company Meta is known as an extremist in Russia and is banned).
