Xiaomi introduced new smart glasses Smart Audio under the Mijia brand in China. In this respect reports Published by GizmoChina.
Mijia Smart Audio glasses have a customizable design and six interchangeable frame options. If necessary, the user can also insert diopter lenses into the frame to correct visual acuity.
As the name suggests, the focus of these glasses is sound. They use air conduction technology to transmit sound into the ear canals. There are ultrasonic speakers inside the glasses that transmit sound to the users’ ears using a special algorithm. Additionally, there is dual audio leak protection technology to prevent others from eavesdropping on the user’s conversation.
Glasses have different indicators of autonomy depending on the mode of use: up to 10 hours of music playback, up to 7 hours of phone calls, up to 24 hours of “basic use” and more than 11 days in standby mode. Mijia Smart Audio is charged via the magnetic contact on the temple part of the glasses.
The glasses are controlled using touch areas on the body. Mijia Smart Audio also supports voice commands, but you need a Chinese AI assistant for them to work.
The new product will go on sale in China on April 27, 2024. At launch, Mijia Smart Audio will be priced at 459 yuan, which was approximately 5.9 thousand rubles at the exchange rate at the time of publication.
