Russian businessman, founder of the VKontakte social network and Telegram messenger Pavel Durova visited the contemporary art exhibition fair at Dubai Art Dubai 2024. Video with Pavel on the Telegram channel published artist Elena Sheidlina.
Sheidlina is an Art Dubai 2024 participant. She presented her Annihilation – Mirage project at the exhibition. Annihilation – Mirage is a series of NFTs sold for TON, the cryptocurrency of the Telegram ecosystem.
The description on the official TON Diamonds Telegram channel reads: “This project is based on 7 sand formation stones with desert spirits, each located in one of the emirates.”
Sheidlina became the first artist to offer her work on the TON Diamonds blockchain platform. In total, TON Diamonds currently represents five artists.
In the video published by the artist, Pavel Durov examines Sheidlina’s exhibition. The billionaire stands with his back to the camera, so it’s impossible to see his emotions.
