SberLife Sigorta won first place in the “Technological Innovation of the Year” category. The introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, optimization of processes and interaction with government services allowed the company to significantly reduce the time to close losses from 30 to 11 calendar days. SberLife Sigorta plans to reduce this period to 5 calendar days by the end of the year.
SberInsurance was awarded the “Service Solution of the Year” award with its fast payment mechanism within the scope of the “Protect Your Finance” program. The artificial intelligence-based solution allows the customer to receive compensation within 30 minutes after applying in the SberBank Online mobile application.
