Rosneft will present the important projects of its subsidiaries in the field of information technology at the Rossiya exhibition and forum. This was reported by the press service of the oil company. Thematic days dedicated to the company’s information technologies will be held from December 7 to 10 in the Rosneft pavilion.
On December 7, the company will present the important projects of its subsidiaries in the field of information technology. Representatives of Rosneft and group companies will attend the event. Rosneft’s internal IT integrator Sibintek will present an infographic 3D table, thematic VR simulators, as well as a mock-up of a rotation camp equipped with mobile communications and a cellular base station.
The “Challenge the Neural Network” game will be organized for visitors. Using the unique corporate simulator RN-Neural Networks, players will need to choose the location of wells on the field in a way that maximizes the volume of oil produced. The winners of the game will receive unforgettable gifts.
On December 8, Rosneft IT days will also be held in the pavilion of the Ministry of Energy – the final of the Rosneft IT competition marathon will be held here. Participants include representatives of large companies, universities and scientific institutes, winners of the 2023 IT Marathon. Within the scope of the hackathon, participants will present digital and robotic solutions to be used in Rosneft’s innovative projects.
Sibintek CTF-2023 information security competition will be held on Rosneft website on Saturday, December 9th. Every visitor of the pavilion will be able to learn the basic rules of protecting their digital data in an accessible and entertaining way and try their hand at information security. Participants will receive unforgettable prizes and gifts.
On the last thematic day, December 10, the company’s experts will introduce the guests of the pavilion to their own development – robots for the diagnosis of oil refineries. Traditionally, visitors will be given tests and gifts from Rosneft.
Rosneft states that digitalization in all areas of activity is one of the key elements of the Rosneft-2030 strategy.
The international exhibition and forum “Russia” will last on the territory of VDNKh until April 12, 2024. The Rosneft exhibition is located in a pavilion built according to the author’s design project. The pavilion’s digital equipment and interactive exhibits tell visitors about the history, prospects, scientific developments and social projects of the oil industry and the company.
