An enthusiast built a steam room on his iPhone for the sake of mobile games 17:40

An unknown Chinese enthusiast has developed a modification for the iPhone 15 Pro that significantly improves the performance of the smartphone under high load. To do this, he installed a special evaporation chamber in the device, which effectively removes heat from the processor and other components, an insider wrote on his page on the social network X (formerly Twitter) revegnus.

The source shared a photo of a modified iPhone 15 Pro. According to him, a smartphone with an evaporation chamber is capable of reducing the temperature by 10% compared to the regular version when running resource-intensive applications. It also performed well in various tests.

In Genshin Impact, one of the most demanding games, the modified iPhone 15 Pro can run stably at 60 frames per second without lag.

The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, introduced in September, received the powerful Apple A17 Pro chip. But many users of flagship smartphones complain about overheating problems when running “heavy” games.

Previously Chinese media published Spy photos of iPhone 16 Pro details.
