Russian smartphone brand Inoi started to liquidate itself 18:56

The Russian company Inoi LLC, which produces smartphones under the Inoi brand, has begun the procedure for liquidation of the enterprise at its own request. In this respect reports Kommersant publication (Kommersant) cites data from the SPARK-Interfax reference service.

According to information provided by Kommersant, Inoy LLC’s application was forwarded to the Federal Tax Service (FTS) on September 7, 2023. The company entered the liquidation phase on September 22.

At the time the news was published, the Inoi brand had not made an official statement regarding the dissolution of the legal entity. The company also did not answer journalists’ questions.

Kommersant states that Inoi announced that it will cease its activities in the Russian Federation and Belarus at the end of 2022.

With data According to Vedomosti, smartphone sales of Russian brands in the first quarter of 2022 amounted to 46.9 thousand, and this figure was 53% less than in the same period last year. Most of the sales came from BQ and Inoi branded devices.
