Realme plans to introduce flagship and mid-budget smartphones with periscope cameras this year. In this respect reports Gizchina portal with a link to the authorized insider Digital Chat Station.
The first smartphone has been known for a long time – this is the flagship Realme GT5 Pro, which also has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, as well as a camera with optical zoom without loss of quality.
The second device could be the Realme 12 Pro+, which allegedly appeared on the internet earlier. Despite reports from the rendering source that the image shows the flagship Realme GT5 Pro, many experts, including Gizchina’s writer, believe that the image shows the design of a mid-budget license model. This is demonstrated by the design of the device, including the rear panel design and round camera block, which are similar to the one used on the Realme 11 Pro.
These assumptions are supported by a statement from Digital Chat Station insider, who spoke on his Weibo page about Realme’s plans to release a smartphone with a periscope camera, costing about 2,000 yuan (about 26.3 thousand rubles), along with the flagship.
In mid-September, Realme released an advertising poster that read: “Max isn’t the only one with Zoom.” Thus, the company hinted that its smartphone will have the ability to zoom images optically, like the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Previously Xiaomi announced New flagship smartphone for 65 thousand rubles.
