Access to 73 accounts of Russian media, public and political figures was restricted on the American video hosting site YouTube. This was reported by TASS Regarding the head of Roskomnadzor’s control and supervision department in the field of electronic communications, Evgeny Zaitsev.
“We are recording numerous cases of censorship of the Russian language on YouTube, including from the government and sources,” he said.
According to Hosting, he noted that in addition to the ban on access to 73 accounts, 27 other restrictions were imposed due to violations of the rules.
