At Gamescom 2023 in Cologne, showed Gameplay trailer of Assassin’s Creed Jade, the mobile game set in ancient China. This is now the official name of the project, the old codename is Jade.
The trailer for Assassin’s Creed Jade showcases the diverse and colorful locations of Ancient China, as well as classic elements of the series, such as parkour and taking out enemies with a hidden blade.
The game has been developed for Android and iOS based mobile devices. The exact release date of the project has not yet been announced. At this stage, publisher Level Infinite, a division of the Chinese company Tencent, announced that applications have been collected for the second round of closed beta testing. Anyone can try to participate.
Already on October 12, Ubisoft will release another game in the Assassin’s Creed series, set in Baghdad in the ninth century – Mirage. This is the 13th installment of the series, where the developers have promised to return to the roots that fans of games about assassins love.
