WhatsApp is working on an improvement coming soon to iOS, Android, and desktop versions of the messaging app that will let you see a rich preview of shared links in statuses.
You can share a link via WhatsApp users statuses as text. This item currently displays the link without additional information, with a status that will change in a future update, as reported on WABetainfo.
The company states that links shared as text in status updates are a part of rich previewthat is, a box with a picture, description and address, in addition to the link itself, which will appear at the bottom.
For that moment one innovation in developmentIt hasn’t reached beta testers yet, but it will be in a future update.
