Oppo sees mixed reality (MR) as one of the most promising areas, expecting demand for augmented reality (XR) technologies to increase in the near future. To stimulate demand for such devices, Oppo MR Glass will be available to Snapdragon Spaces developers in China in the second half of 2023.
Oppo MR Glass Developer Edition is powered by Snapdragon XR2+ platform and supports proprietary SUPERVOOC fast charging technology. It also announces the availability of a heart rate detection function, which, according to Oppo, expands the device’s capabilities for many new applications.
Oppo MR Glass Developer Edition also features dual cameras with Binocular VPT technology, so you don’t have to remove your headphones every time to distract yourself from a game or app. Separately, it is noted that the glasses are able to display a picture with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
