Organization leaders actively purchase private enterprise VPN services, gateways, and firewalls to distance themselves from Google. Denis Chigin, Head of the Technology Expertise Department of the Softline Group of Companies Information Security, explained that gateways and firewalls restrict access to services themselves. At the same time, the VPN allows you to create a secure tunnel for data exchange between users, the expert said.
In addition, companies and government agencies are installing VDR technologies to abandon Google, providing document exchange functionality from enterprise storage in a controlled mode, i.e. replacing Google’s “cloud” data storage.
