Popular girl hacker EMPRESS statedIt will break the protection against piracy in the upcoming Hogwarts Legacy game in 10 days.
The girl initially bragged about hacking Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak a year after its release, and criticized Capcom for excessive “greed”. At the same time, the hacker “attacked” Warner Brothers, where he advised Hogwarts Legacy not to try to protect against Denuvo hacking, as it would break in 10 days anyway.
He stated that he would suspend all plans to hack upcoming major games, including a game in the Harry Potter universe.
Hogwarts Legacy is an action/RPG video game set in the fantasy world of Harry Potter in the 19th century. It will be released on February 10, 2023 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. A later version will also be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch consoles.
