There is no option to fall in love with any character in Hogwarts Legacy. In an interview with the German portal about this GamePro said the creators of the project from Avalanche Software studio.
“We made a conscious decision not to do that,” said Moira Squier, lead author of Hogwarts Legacy. According to him, the developers did not manage to organically weave a romantic line into the story.
Also included in the decision to abandon the novels on Hogwarts land was the fact that the main characters of the game are 15-year-old teenagers, and the creators of Hogwarts Legacy did not want to “talk about some issues”. However, the player will have the opportunity to form and develop friendships with other students.
Hogwarts Legacy is scheduled to be released on February 10, 2023. The game will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.
