AirTag geotag helps rescuers find dog dragged by flood 13:36

San Bernardino rescuers were able to locate a dog lost in the flood, thanks to the AirTag on its collar. About informs ABC7.

A one-year-old Australian Shepherd named Seamus escaped from his owner and was later dragged into a sewer by flooding, and soon the dog fell into a drainage pond from which he could not get out on his own.

Seamus had an Apple AirTag on his collar. Rescuers, who arrived using the gadget, found Seamus a mile and a half from where he had been dragged by the current. Rescuers said Sheamus was unharmed and “in good spirits” when he was removed from the drainage pool.

Formerly socialbites.ca saidthat two American women sued Apple for stalking their ex-boyfriends using AirTag without their knowledge.
