This Commission to Combat Violence agreed on Monday to impose fines of 60,001 euros on each of four identified individuals. They were found responsible for hanging a doll wearing a Real Madrid shirt of Vinícius Júnior and displaying a banner that read “Madrid hates Real” on a bridge near Real Madrid Sports City.
In the sanction proposal, the offenders connected to events preceding the King’s Cup quarter-final clash between Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid on January 26 faced two-year bans from entering sports facilities, a measure confirmed by the Supreme Sports Council (YSK).

On May 25, the President of Investigation Court No. 26 in Madrid delivered verdicts that granted temporary release to four individuals arrested on suspicion of responsibility for the incidents. They were accused of hate crimes and barred from approaching the player, his workplace, and the stadiums of Santiago Bernabéu and Cívitas Metropolitano during certain matches.
The anti-violence body also proposed fines of 5,000 euros and a one-year ban on gym access for three individuals identified as having committed racist acts against Vinícius during the Valencia-Real Madrid match on May 21.
This commission then decided to raise the fine from 4,000 euros to 5,000 euros, noting that the perpetrators were aware their behavior was repeated and deserved condemnation, having already faced sanctions in several matches this season and causing a game stoppage.
Following a LaLiga complaint, the three involved were summoned to testify on the 19th at Valencia’s 10th Investigative Court regarding a potential hate crime. Valencia itself faced disciplinary actions that included a five-match closure of the animation stands, later reduced to three, by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) committees.
During the Valencia-Real Madrid match, Antiviolencia proposed a fine of 3,001 euros and a six-month gym ban for a fan who disturbed a fellow spectator near the Valencia ground. Authorities intervened to halt the disturbance when it escalated.
In response, the Commission accepted a proposal to fine six attendees at a match held outside the Real Sociedad stadium, awarding a 4,000-euro penalty and a twelve-month gym ban. The offense involved fans throwing various objects and furniture from terraces toward rival supporters during the March 16 match against Roma.
Meanwhile, 84 other individuals who carried blunt objects and ambushed near a playground were fined 1,500 euros and recommended a three-month gym ban after the end of the Rayo Vallecano v Atlético de Madrid match on April 9, with supporters escorted by authorities.
Non-violence authorities also imposed 4,000 euros on Osasuna and Rayo Vallecano clubs, and 3,000 euros on Sevilla, due to shortcomings in crowd-control measures at several matches.
