Spain’s LaLiga marks a new chapter with an updated image strategy and a logo refresh at its Madrid headquarters, signaling a refreshed visual identity across competitions and content.

Spanish clubs have shared summaries showcasing the transition away from the old LaLiga logo and name, unveiling a double L motif as the new emblem.
Beyond branding, the naming of league segments and player transfers will align with the new competition branding and the ball design updates that accompany the launch.

In a bold move, EA Sports unveiled its approach for the upcoming LaLiga season. The presentation highlighted a bench cam, a teaser video with detailed penalties and fouls, immersive game-like camera angles, and a camera setup in the locker room for behind-the-scenes viewing.

In addition, official releases will feature new graphics dominated by white, orange and black. The standard ball design will keep its white base but introduce purple, blue and yellow accents.
Regarding the naming of divisions, the top tier will be titled LaLiga EA Sports while the runner-up will be known as LaLiga Hypermotion.
The Primera name reflects the sponsor, while the second division’s label emphasizes EA Sports technology that adds realism to the game. The aim is to give the second division a distinct identity and a sense of belonging, with LaLiga Hypermotion developing its own character, according to league statements.
Tickets 30 euros
Another key announcement was a new deal offering match tickets at a fixed 30 euro price across a maximum of 300 venues for 14 clubs.
Participating clubs include UD Almería, Cádiz, Sevilla, Real Betis, Valencia, Atlético de Madrid, Girona, Mallorca, Celta, Real Sociedad, Athletic Club, Granada, UD Las Palmas and Alavés.
Additionally, plans are underway for an online store offering exclusive event products and club merchandise in partnership with Fanatics, the retail partner known for collaborations with major sports leagues in the United States. All initiatives aim to expand LaLiga as a global brand with multiple business units extending beyond the core league operations.
