Krasnodar again moved ahead when Yuri Gazinsky struck in the 86th minute, and Argentinian Lucas Vera equalized in stoppage time, at 90+4, securing a late draw.

Following the draw, Krasnodar dropped from first place while Zenit in St. Petersburg gained ground, setting up a clash in the title race. Looking ahead, Khimki will host Moscow Lokomotiv in their next match, scheduled for December 1 with a 14:00 kickoff Moscow time. Krasnodar travel to face Spartak Moscow in the same day, with a 19:30 kickoff, also on December 1.
