A new struggle emerges as the Community League returns to action, marking the sixth tier of football and signaling the start of RFEF competitions, effectively the same competition rebranded. Hercules B remains poised to join this level after stepping down from the Tercera RFEF in May. The blue and white reserve squad still holds meaningful options to remain active and avoid relegation, striving to maintain a stable presence on the field and within administrative offices.

The residents of Alicante await a clear outcome in the Gandía case, where the club faces significant hurdles in meeting the federation’s registration requirements. The Valencia-based outfit carries substantial debt, particularly toward its players, and remains distant from catching up. The deadline to settle the debt sits at 30 June, though the Federation has granted Gandía more time to deposit the necessary funds.

Insiders from Hercules indicate that the final decision is not expected before late July, potentially between the 17th and 30th, with the Valencia group evaluating administrative possibilities that could affect two hundred thousand euros owed to relatives. If no solution is found, Hercules B will compete in the Tercera RFEF.

Composition of the North and South groups within the Valencia Community League, the sixth level of football, reflects the regional structure of the competition. The league is organized to foster local rivalries and ensure balanced play across the community.

The Preferred League established the top regional category through a Congress held last October, consolidating the Community League as the new highest regional tier with two groups of sixteen teams each. The competition is set to begin on the second weekend of September, around October 10, featuring a group led by Josip Visnjic, who is returning to form after a team was reinstated following a setback at the final stage of the season.

Champions at the end of the regular phase will progress directly to the Tercera RFEF. The runners-up in both groups will enter a playoff, with the winners earning promotion as well.
