Guido Carrillo returned to his hometown club, signing a two year deal that keeps him with Estudiantes de La Plata through December 2024. The Argentine striker, who spent most of his career away from home, is ready to complete his professional journey where it all began, at the age of 31.
After parting ways with Elche, Carrillo moved on to Henan Songshan Longmen in China, where he found the net twice in ten appearances. Those goals may prove valuable for his former team, which has tallied ten league goals so far this season.
