“We understand that when something like this happens, it feels personal for anyone affected. The goal is to be there for Óscar and handle this process in the best possible way, even though it may take time. He is giving his all to return as soon as possible. We stand with him. He is a very important loss for me personally and a highly regarded teammate in the locker room. That’s why we need to be there for him so the recovery doesn’t feel like a long wait. He is with us, and we will continue to wear the jersey here at home. We had already shown this support in Tenerife last week,” he recalled.
