The draw is scheduled for March 22, coming a week after the final match of the third preliminary stage. By that time, the 32 teams ready for the group stage, which starts on April 5, will have been confirmed.

Paramount and ESPN hold the rights to the 2023 Copa Libertadores in South America, Central America, the Caribbean, and the countries of Guyana, French Guiana, and Suriname. In Brazil, the tournament is broadcast by Globo, ESPN and Paramount.
