In a tight battle, AtticGo Elche secured a single reward after a powerful showing against Beti-Onak, finishing 25-35. The Green Fringe Warriors seized momentum by capitalizing on a win by Costa del Sol Málaga, 25-21, at the Super Amara Bera Bera venue in San Sebastián, vaulting to the top of the Guerreras League-Iberdrola standings.

There is a snapshot after 15 days where a three-way tie exists among Elche, Donostia, and Andalusia, all on 24 points. Yet, the overall average leaves Joaquin Rocamora ahead in the standings.
As expected, AtticGo encountered some struggles in the opening period. The match began evenly, with Navarrese attackers grabbing a two-goal edge at 10-8. The Franjiverdes answered with resolve and ended the half strong, taking a 12-15 lead after a late burst of goals in the final ten minutes.
Rocamora’s squad intensified after the break, tightening the defense and broadening Elche’s offensive options. That shift gradually wore down Beti Onak’s resistance as the second half unfolded.
The tempo shifted quickly as a five-point advantage grew to nine, then to ten by the final whistle, leaving the scoreboard at 25-35.
AtticGo Elche displayed danger from the wings, especially through the efforts of Clara Gasco and the Brazilian Alexandra Do Nascimento, both contributing five points. Danila So Delgado also produced a strong flank attack as the Navarrese defense finally conceded, and Beti Onak began to fade.
The Green Fringe Warriors, already qualified for the Queen’s Cup final stage, are enjoying a remarkable campaign and remain competitive in all three major competitions: the league, the cup, and the EHF European Cup.

In a championship format that prizes a playoff finish, leading the table is not the sole objective. Securing top position reinforces Elche’s confidence and underscores the team’s solid ongoing work.
AtticGo Elche’s coaching staff emphasized disciplined defense and deliberate ball movement as the team built momentum after halftime.
