Alexander Mostovoy, a former member of the Russian national team, believes Artem Dzyuba could continue his football career beyond Russia, possibly overseas. DEA News.
Mostovoy commented that it is surprising no club in Russia has extended an invitation to Dzyuba yet. He added that the striker should be able to secure a new contract soon, with a potential move abroad being a real possibility.
Currently 34 years old, Dzyuba remains unattached to any club. He joined Adana Demirspor in Turkey in August 2022, but his agreement with the club was terminated on November 3. Over his time with Adana, the Russian forward appeared in four matches, with his last game date recorded as October 7.
The last Russian club Dzyuba played for was Zenit St. Petersburg, a team he left after an extended spell with domestic and European competition highlights.
Former football administrator Pavel Stipidi shared his perspective on Dzyuba’s future, noting the veteran forward has been in free agency since early November 2022 and has yet to secure a new club. (DEA News)
