The Intercity-Real Murcia match, which coincides with the 2nd match of the 2nd group of the First RFEF, will finally be played this Sunday at 18:30 at the Antonio Solana stadium in Alicante, one hour ahead of schedule, as announced by Real this Saturday. Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).

The time advance occurs only twenty-four hours before the meeting is due. When deficiencies are detected in the artificial lighting of the scene where this conflict between Intercity and Real Murcia took place, everything shows that the time has changed.

Apart from this innovation, Intercity is facing the match to show that their victory on the first day of the competition against Numancia in Soria is not a coincidence. Promoted to First RFEF in May, Murcia is another contender for promotion to the Second Division and a litmus test for both teams.

Intercity coach Gustavo Siviero reminded that Murcia is a “very competitive team up for anything”, commenting on the condition of the pitch at the Antonio Solana stadium: “It’s not in the best shape, but that’s what we’ve got. We can have space”.
